We have deployed reserve ambulances alongside the RFP-specified ones, allowing us to perform timely vehicle maintenance without affecting service delivery leading to 100% vehicle availability.
When we took over the project, the vehicle off-road days in a month were as high as 2833 which we have reduced to 0, thereby making a significant improvement.
